The customer service was horrendous! The food was cold and the limes were rotten. I wasn't told that the cheese would be extra and the BBQ sauce ran out and I asked for some in the back and they refused to get some for me. They asked how the food was and I told them it's freaking cold, so cold that the cheese didn't even melt in my some bean and cheese burrito. She tried to tell me that it's unmeltable cheese! Are. You. Kidding. Me?!

Seriously. Zero people behind or in front of me. The girl that took my order rushed me through, said the names of the choices so fast I couldn’t understand her, no eye contact, and not even a “thank you”. I used to love freebirds onnlower greenville because people were friendly. This is the third (and last) time I visit the richardson location. The entitled employees make me feel like an inconvenience that I’m there.

I love you guys so I hat giving you one star. I’k extremely allergic to jalepenos. I said no guacamole cuz jalepenos are in guacamole a lot, my burrito has guac in it so i can’t eat it. If I eat anything with a Jalepeno I’ll be in the ER
