Friendly staff and doctor. He didn't seem in a rush and answered my many questions. I would rate 4/5 only because of the prominence of cosmetic procedure ads, but added the extra star to compensate for the 1/5 reviewer who admits they've never been here. What a weird world…
I had to leave Dr Buxton’s care some years ago when I went on Medicare but I recently needed my records regarding treatment in order to keep using Humira and not methotrexate as my insurance was changing. Left a message and received a call back the next day stating the records had been sent and I could pick up my copies. Did so. Dana runs a tight ship over there. Very professional office.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Buxton. His reception staff and nurse were pleasant and friendly. There was virtually no waiting. And the doctor himself was friendly, informative, and helpful. He answered my questions, attended to my issues, and had time for some extras on my dermatology to-do list. He handled it all with a pleasant, friendly manner. I'll go back when I next need a dermatologist.
