Absolutely love the florals Free Reign has to offer! The artificial flowers are breathtaking! They’re realistic, high quality, and so beautifully arranged. The team was a joy to work with. Very responsive, helpful, and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to add a gorgeous, lasting touch to their home or event!
Really beautiful store & extremely knowledgeable staff!! I had a very disappointing experience with Heather, interior designer. It took weeks just to get on the schedule, which should have been my first red flag. On the day of our confirmed appointment, I received a last-minute text saying they were sick and couldn’t make it. While things happen, what followed was even more frustrating.
