Had to get a COVID test 6 days before my colonoscopy and hadn't received the results. I called 2 days before and the day before and got nothing.... I called my insurance through my workplace and told them what was going on and they said they were not going to pay it and they can eat it...
Did not understand what the representative was speaking. Had hard time hearing. Results take around 72 hours.
I am in the same boat as many of you. I took a test with my children yesterday 1/3/22 at noon. I was told it would be 45 to an hour for results. We're working on 25 hrs now. No answer on phones no email no communication whatsoever. My children missed their first day back to school waiting on these results. They can't miss another day. So at this point what do I do? If it takes 2-3 days just say thst upfront and let me decide if I want to wait that time. My children cannot keep missing days.
Do not waste your time. "Rapid" test on 1/3 at 1:20p. Told results would be emailed in next couple hours. It's been 27 hours and no results. They don't answer the local phone and the national phone has a queue of 70+.
Never received my results. When you call a recording comes on, not able to speak to a person. Try to stop in, they are closed for a 2 hour break.
