I tried to come here because of the good reviews NO worse company ever I literally had 2 sessions and been trying to schedule another appointment for months now and no one answers or reply to text (was giving a personal number) and still no reply!
I read all the positive reviews about Free Baltimore and was inclined to pursue my healing journey with them. It’s safe to say that my first experience looking into therapy has been nothing short of a struggle and feels like i’m pulling teeth to get an appointment. This company is terrible I would not waste my breath made an appointment for a phone consultation, they never called at the scheduled time! Then 20 minutes later I get an email saying I put the wrong number and my appointment was cancelled , however I called back from the same number that was supposedly “wrong” and someone answered. What a joke!
