I think Freds is an institution in Northwest Arkansas. Came in for Sunday Brunch and ordered the Ribs. Service was good and the food was good. I prefer the old Sunday Brunch tho. It's just not the same. Still give it 4 stars

Great waitress, Fred's smoked meat sampler was awesome. Most enjoyable dining experience I had in a long time. No problem giving Fred's 5 stars.
My husband ordered the smoked Sirloin and was told by waitress they couldn't guarantee him a medium rare sirloin , so he ordered the $27. Ribeye instead to be cooked medium rare. When it was brought out our waitress asked for him to cut into it to make sure it was cooked as ordered. It was not! She said she'd have the manager come by and he'd take care of it.
