We called Fred's to have a checkup/tuneup done on our furnace. During the checkup it was discovered that we had a cracked heat exchanger and that could have been very dangerous if not discovered. This was an irreplaceable part and we needed a new furnace. The technicians disabled the old furnace and the following day the owner came out to do walk through of our home and make sure that we got the right furnace installed for our home. Our air conditioner had been working less and less over the past week, and on Sunday it stopped completely. I started calling around on Monday morning, and Fred's had a technician at our house that afternoon. Neil did a great job! It was an expensive repair, (which wasn't his fault) and he explained every part in detail and answered all of our questions, and didn't pressure us into fixing it (MN summer did!).
