Poor customer service, took $500, 2 months and 7 trips to resolve the issue! Now the same issue is happening and they will not stand behind the work they did! Take your business elsewhere! 😠😠😠

Jon, We apologize you were unsatisfied with our service in June/July 2018. Our records do indicate we made multiple trips as the new control board we installed had a factory default. The defective board is unfortunately out of our control as well. We only charged for the initial visit and allowed two coupons to be used due to the inconvenience the multiple trips caused you. I did leave you a voicemail to further discuss your concerns.
I recently smelled gas in my home so I had Xcel Energy come out and confirm a gas leak. Fred's was the original installer and my landlord had them come back out to fix it. Alex Fredrickson (owner) came out at denied there was any leak, despite the written report that Xcel had made. When we asked him to shut the gas back off because we did not feel safe, he insisted we leave it on because he is the expert. Alex Fredericksen (the owner of this business) had done some work on the gas lines in my current residence. I had noticed a smell of natural gas and had it inspected right away by Xcel energy. 6 gas leaks were found. We had called Alex Fredericksen who came out to fix the gas leaks. He then told us there were none and left us with ACTIVE natural gas leaks in our home. We had him come out a second time to fix the gas leaks and he was very rude and unprofessional. Freds came to my house today because I was having issues with my furnace. Alex came out and checked everything over and over all I could not be happier with the service. I will not hesitate to have them come out in the future if I have any issues!

Thanks for your quick response this morning when we woke up to no heat in our house. The tech that came and looked at our boiler was very nice and helpful and we were back up and running in no time. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there to fix our stuff without feeling like you’re getting ripped off. I would definitely recommend your company for anyone in need of heating & AC repairs.
