I brought my BMW Z4 to you with a Dead Battery which kept setting off my alarm. :You had my car in your garage for -7- Days hooked up to your $5k Insta Diagnostics Machine and it could Not find any problems.!!! Extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I originally brought my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a basic evaluation, and after discussing pricing over the phone I specifically told them I did NOT want the full tune-up completed. I only authorized an oil change and repair of the door handle. Despite that, I was later presented with a bill for nearly $2,000. We brought in our Mercedes to Fred's Foreign & Domestic Car Repair a few months ago. It needed to be updated to help us pass SMOG inspection, and a front light cover needed to be replaced. Fred and his team got the car running, road ready, and passed SMOG inspection!! Fred and his staff kept us inform of the progress they were making, and we will go back to Fred's in the future, and will also recommend anyone needing a foregin car serviced to absolutely contact Fred and his staff!
I had a horrible experience at a shop that shall remain unamed, I took my car from them to Feeds Foreign. Freds quickly found out what the issue was and was upright with cost and time. They then found another issue havee a full explanation and cost. They were very thorough and stayed in constant contact. I completely and thoroughly recommend!
Fred is an expert in identifying and repairing hard to identify and intermittent car issues. He discovered the cause of the check engine light warning. It was a bad valve cover gasket which was fouling the spark plugs on my MBZ. Fred has serviced and repaired my seven different Porsche and MBZ cars over the past 20 years. I recommend him highly!
