Let me first say that I ultimately blame myself for my experience. I rushed through the process and it came back to bite me. I purchased a 2014 Mercedes CLA 250 from Fred’s. After 2 weeks of driving the car the engine light came on. Also has a a light on my dash stating that I needed to check the coolant. After taking it to a shop to look into the problem I was told that the car was leaking coolant, in addition I was told that the water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced. My experience at Fred’s Executive Auto was very easy and comfortable. The price was fair and they made the whole procedure very smooth. I was working with Maggie and I felt very well taken care of. She stayed open longer for the showing and answered all my questions. I felt like I was working with someone I could trust. Even after the purchase, Maggie was very easily reachable and helpful with the registration process.

Amazing. Very professional and courteous from beginning to end. I normally dread going to the dealership but everything went quickly. I had wonderful help from Maggie and the people made it a very pleasant experience. I traveled over 4 hours only because I had such great service on the phone as well. 15/10, would recommend to family and a friend.
