Very friendly and helpful, We rented a uhaul tow dolly. Fred and his team were very professional.
Don't buy the Voltswagon Jetta, very bad car. I had to take him to court for my money back. You should not call yourself a Automatic if you can't fix the car. Just go back to school. They all nice until you ask for money back. Do not buy a car from him.
They fixed my alternator because my car was making a loud screeching sound. They also fixed my a/c. About 3 weeks later my air completely stopped working and my car started screeching again. When I found time to go back up there. They told me it was the converter and that it would be $500 to fix after I already gave them almost $400 for NOTHING and did nothing about the A/C not working. I will not be back and will not be recommending this place to anyone. Thanks for taking my money. Very unhappy about my experience.
Thorough and Honest and Quality Work!!! Had to have an oil change and brakes done. The service was timely and after going to Express Oil Change for a while, Fred's Automotive alerted me of some issues like the bolt that plugs my oil was replaced and not meant for my car and how lucky I was that it wasn't stripped. They didn't hurt my pockets either.
