Go somewhere else to buy your appliances! Service is horrible, takes months to get anything fixed and the people in the service department are obnoxious and rude.
Horrible, horrible customer service and repair service. Failed to show three times this week to repair a stove we purchased from them. After failing to show yesterday and not calling to say they weren't going to show, haven't even heard from them today. Buy from the box stores a- at least they show up when they say they will.

I bought a GE "Over The Stove" microwave with the additional Fred's 5 year warranty. Fred's is having a "Black Friday" sale all month. We got a great deal and the cost plus the 5 year Fred's warranty cost less than their regular price for the microwave alone. Cool. I picked it up and installed it my self. The install would have been harder except for the wall bracket already installed from the two year old (from Fred's) unit that broke with no extended warranty.
