I went in ready to buy from them today money in hand! 6 people working and not one person offered to help me, stood there for over 10 mints three looked my way and in walks a couple and they ran right up to them! I decide I will not give them one penny of my money! You lost out on a 5,000 sale!

Their employee Tom Wood is an arrogant know it all who puts down everyone, but specifically the designers and builders he tries to sell to. Claiming that he has to “fix” their mistakes is sure to win him a lot of business!

They delivered and installed an entire kitchen worth of appliances and a washer and dryer to a remote part of Montana during a difficult part of COVID-19, when no other big box store could ! John, the sales associate did a great job of helping me select and coordinated delivery.
RecommendedWe have always had great service from the friendly staff at Freds here in Kalispell. The sales staff takes time to understand your needs and provides recommendations to meet them rather than up-selling. Delivery was always done when scheduled. Even though they might be a few dollars more than the box store their repair staff is excellent and responsive.

RecommendedJoe saved the day! After a very frustrating experience with Sears failing to deliver our order as promised we were desperate for a refrigerator. Walked into Fred's just before closing and had a new fridge waiting for us on the dock within 10 minutes. Fast, friendly service and a great price! Save yourself some time and money and shop local at Fred's.
Okay we’re going almost 4 weeks without a refrigerator and Fred’s Appliances doesn’t appear to think that is a problem. We aren’t talking about a small appliance or some cheap product, being without a refrigerator is a BIG issue! Took 3 service visits to get new parts installed and still not working, people not responding. Just pass the responsibly on to someone who doesn’t return your call. The stove Mama Rob got feeds a ton of local kids. Pam's an effing hero to the whole valley & claiming to do something and not, especially for her (and the seeds) is pretty shiesty. 🤷🏿🤷🏿 Sadly, I supported her choice to choose you. You need to make this right and apologize profusely. Maybe make a donation to her 501(c)3.??????
