I went in ready to buy from them today money in hand! 6 people working and not one person offered to help me, stood there for over 10 mints three looked my way and in walks a couple and they ran right up to them! I decide I will not give them one penny of my money! You lost out on a 5,000 sale!

Their employee Tom Wood is an arrogant know it all who puts down everyone, but specifically the designers and builders he tries to sell to. Claiming that he has to “fix” their mistakes is sure to win him a lot of business!
Amazing services and great selection. They delivered and installed an entire kitchen worth of appliances and a washer and dryer to a remote part of Montana during a difficult part of COVID-19, when no other big box store could ! John, the sales associate did a great job of helping me select and coordinated delivery.

Visited Fred's Appliance in Missoula after a terrible experience at the Hamilton Sears Homestore. Michael Donahoo was super helpful on the phone prior to my arrival and I had exactly what I needed at a price $100 less than Sears would do with their TERRIBLE service. This is my second large purchase from Fred's and I've learned from experience now to just go or call there first.
