Great inventory, delivery crew, and sales.
Great service and selection.
They sell you a product with all the bells and whistles including extended premo warranty. A year later the machine quits and over a month has gone by and it is still not fixed. No bells and whistles now. Just delays, lost parts, no return calls, excuses, excuses. Poor service dept, probably due to not being able to keep employees which means poor management. Avoid Fred's Appliance at all costs! Very superficial company...they will tell you what you want to hear and won't deliver when you need them!

we had a few issues with a refrigerator that we purchased but Fred's Appliance went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I especially want to thank Joe, Michael and Dan who helped us out. my wife and I couldn't be more pleased.
When I called about dishwasher leaving dishes wet, I was told we might be charged if the service man found nothing wrong?!?! So I was afraid to call about how loud the refrigerator is! Also, repairman came out twice for dryer noise, and it's still not right. Plus, the washing machine wobbles and jumps around dramatically. So, no, we have not been satisfied with our brand new GE appliances. Very disappointed. We'll see if anyone reads this and wants to make us happy clients or not. That would be nice.
We have bought many appliances from Fred's in Kalispell over the years and for the most part it's been great. However I don't know what their problem is now. Very dissatisfied with their service department. On Feb 7th we had a service person come take a look at our washing machine and was told we needed a new lid sensor. We STILL don't have it. I understand it takes time for parts to come in but it's been almost 3 months. For a lid sensor? Someone obviously dropped the ball but no one wants to take any responsibility.
We recently bought a refrigerator from Fred’s Appliance and it was a fabulous experience. Great pricing, prompt and knowledgeable service and the delivery team was wonderful! I’ll certainly use them for all of my needs going forward. When you go to Fred’s be sure to ask for Dan Murphy... he is the best!!
