Quit saying you offer free delivery and installation, and when it comes day of delivery, you don't. WTH Never. Worst customer service ever.

RecommendedVisited Fred's Appliance in Missoula after a terrible experience at the Hamilton Sears Homestore. Michael Donahoo was super helpful on the phone prior to my arrival and I had exactly what I needed at a price $100 less than Sears would do with their TERRIBLE service. Requested a wall mount for a Frigidaire Convection/Microwave we purchased in April this was the condition it arrived in. Note pay attention to product verses the box and then ask yourself what's wrong with this picture.
