Dr. Tatel is great and my 3 children all love him. He listens to my concerns and doesn't do any unnecessary treatments.
Dr. Tatel was very unprofessional! I explained to him which teeth I wanted treated @ the visit. He ignored me & did what he wanted. He said he was hard of hearing & was rude to me. He was very argumentative because I wanted to be in the room with my child. I would not recommend anyone to see him. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
Rude staff and Dr. Tatel is the worst of them all!!! If u ask to go back to the room with your child they treat you horribly! They just expect u to trust them with your child even though u don't know them! They also try to over charge you so pay attention to your bill and call your insurance to make sure they are pulling a fast one!
I would give him no stars. My daughter needed dental surgery and thought we could trust dr tatel. He was rude and same with staff my daughter has anxiety and they weren't patient with her what so ever they wanted to get her in and out as fast as the could. They tried stopping me when they made a 3 year old go back to the rio Alone. And strap her down drilled a tooth with no medicine !
Dr. Tatel was rude and offended I asked him about preventative orthodontics. In my experience he is not up to speed with new orthodontics and my child should have had preventative procedures done. He wanted to pull teeth! If you ask any knowledgeable orthodontist you should try not to pull teeth. I will never set foot back in the office again!

I drive 30 minutes to get to Dr. Tatel. My 5 year old son was extremely anxious on the way to his first visit, but as soon as he got there and went back with the staff who were so kind, all his fears went away. Sitting in the waiting room, I was just waiting to hear him cry out for me but he never did. Instead 25 minutes later he walked out into the waiting room with a smile on his face, something I never expected.
