First off, I'll agree with a lot of people here that his bedside manner could definitely be improved. It is kind of abrasive. When I met him in person he didn't even introduce himself, just started talking. However, he is good at what he does. Stay away from this man. I almost left without my endoscopy done because of this disrespectful, belittling and abusing attitude. this guy is not qualified to clean toilets, it just happens that he managed to get a medical certificate. long ways from being a human being . Just ask his own staff they'll tell you. Thrive
I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Schlussel at Kaiser Panorama City last Friday, Nov 10th. He was caring and enthusiastic about explaining the procedure, which was successful. His whole team at Kaiser was warm and caring and extremely professional. The facilities were spotlessly clean, equipment seemed new. Five stars all around!
Terrible attitude. Poor communication with patient. Insensitive and rude.
