Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider friendly? Yes

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription? Absolutely, I can finally see well again! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did your eye exam hurt at all? No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience
