The good: Dr Smilen was very thorough and diligent and answered all of my questions. He seems very skilled. And he is very personable! The bad: I was not impressed with the staff at all. They were not that friendly, and certainly didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome and the follow-up left a lot to be desired. Overall, I was was very satisfied with my visit. Dr Smilen is helpful and goes out of his way to find a solution. I would recommend him without reservations!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always dress so professionall... read more

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I felt very safe in their care.
