They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave.
My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.
