Having just moved to the area, we are thrilled to have found Dr. Cheng's practice. From the first phone contact to check-out, the team is extremely pleasant and professional. My hygienist is excellent and put me at ease. Dr. Cheng is kind and knowledgable. He took time to talk with me before the exam and was genuinely interested in me and my family. The office is very comfortable and there is a sense that everyone is happy with their job. I look forward to my 6 month follow-up. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff from the front desk to the chair made me feel like a close friend or member of the family. The Hygienist and Doctor were very concerned with my comfort throughout the process. I hate going to the doctors and even more hate going to the dentist because I don't do pain well, but in my 53 years, Battlefield Dental at Chancellor is my best dental experience. I've been a patient for 2 years now.
