Battlefied Dental is excellent! The staff are very helpful, professional without being arrogant. They all not only very friendly they also seem to enjoy working there and with each other. Dr Chang is straight forward and will tell you what you need to know concerning any dental treatment that is needed. He has done a great job on my teeth and is an Excellent Dentist.
My family and I have enjoyed coming here from day 1 the staff is very professional and that should say it all.
Your staff and doctor are knowledgeable, professional and are concerned for client comfort, physical and emotional. A visit is a painless experience, mental and physical. Well done!!!
I would rather do just about anything than go to the dentist, but Dr. Cheng and EVERYONE at Battlefield Dental go out of their way to make every patient comfortable. The office is nice, with plenty of reading material and televisions (even on the ceiling), and they never keep you waiting. The most I've ever had to wait is 5 minutes. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.
It has been about 2 years since I last saw a dentist because my previous one retired, I chose Battlefield because it's in my neighborhood. This was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. The people who work there made sure I had a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a dentist.
Today, I brought my twin 4 yr old and 10 yr old daughter in for their cleanings. Dr. Cheng and his staff were so patient, so caring and provided us with an all-around superb dental experience. My 10 year old has always been apprehensive about going to the dentist. After seeing Dr. Cheng, he talked to her about her check-up, explained everything in detail and she left there telling me several times how much she really liked him and how she no longer fears going to the dentist.
