So hard to get through to doctor. Team never returns calls
This doctor performed surgery on my husband and then did not do adequate follow up when his incision became infected and then did not do adequate follow up when the bones did not heal for five months and he ended up needing a whole hip replacement which we had at UC Davis. We could not get a callback from his office. We could not get appointments when we needed them. After five hospitalizations, my husband passed away in July.
Dr. Tonnos is an amazing surgeon. He did surgery on my father's broken hip last November. My father is 90 and now is walking around almost back to normal. Dr. Tonnos is very compassionate, explains details well, and is highly proficient. So grateful to him!
