I come all the way from mount airy to get my cars washed. They always do a great job for a great price!
Joe Parsley, the owner of Frederick Shell Carwash, is a con artist. He shows no remorse over selling a faulty car to a family and leaving two mothers and a baby girl on the side of the I-70. Be very weary of any negotiations with this man. He sold me a car from his shell station. After two weeks, I had to replace the entire engine because he put stop leak in the system, to quickly sell it to my unsuspecting family. The car had to be taken to a specialist shop. Frederick Shell Carwash does an amazing exterior/interior detail for a great price!!!!
I figured that I might get a full thank of gas for a reduced price with a car wash. However, the car wash from this gas station was not worth it. They scratched the sides of my car and broke the sun visor of the passenger side of my car. I returned about 30 minutes later to inform the manager about the damages and all he said was that they were not responsible for it and he just walked away. There is a do-it-yourself gas station around the corner and I will be washing my car myself and paying for the full gas price.
Went today and was surprised with a free car wash! Had no idea about it and they were incredibly sweet and so helpful! Thanks so much! Great customer service and thank you for spoiling my mustang today! I will definitely be back! :)
