Went to the shell for interior vacuum and wipe down only. They refused to do it without car wash even though I Didn’t need or want a car wash. I left and drove to auto spa which I will go to from now on instead. Paid only $15 for vacuum and wipe down there.
The last car wash I received was excellent. My side view mirror casing, which was cracked, came loose during the wash. One of the young men snapped it back on and made sure it would stay. It had been broken for a while and I am so pleased that it is now almost new. Thank you Frederick Shell Car Wash. Your staff truly goes above and beyond!
I have taken our vehicles to Frederick Shell for many years. I just recently began having my van get the "full" package, inside and out. The workers there do a great job and it doesn't take hours to get finished. We were in and out in no time at all! Our van looked amazing, love a sparkling clean vehicle with the tires all shiny. Thanks Frederick Shell!!
I was member of another carwash for years, after a bad experience I tried here and was very impressed. They do a great job, I'll be returning.
These guys do one hell of a good job! And Ronnie the manager has got that place running great.
