I never even had the opportunity to meet the doctor as a brand new patient. The office staff and practice manager were rude and unprofessional. The office manager even hung up on me. They called me on Friday (Veteran's Day) to confirm my appointment and left a voicemail. They called again the following Monday to confirm my appointment for later that day. They said if I didn't call back by 10:30 AM they would be forced to give my appointment to someone else. I called at 10:20 and they had done just that. This policy is unfair... read more

Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Mostly Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

The office is an older building that could use some attention. The dental chairs are older as well but other than that, everything else is very good. This is a well established practice with an older dentist and a younger dentist. Staff are excellent and their appointments run on time, you don't wait 15-20 minutes to be seen. Within 5 minutes of arrival I was in the chair. There are not many frills in the office as you find in newer practices. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? They examined them, but not very thoroughly Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? After not going to the dentist for years I was extremely anxious about going back for the first time. After having a bit of a panic attack Dr. Meyers sat and took the time to just talk to me while I calmed myself back down. For someone who was mortified for having that type of reaction to the dentist as an adult he was extremely comforting and also very gentle when dealing with sensitive teeth. Overall it was the best experience I have had with a Dentist.
