I've never had to wait too long. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
