1 star because the dining room is like a freezer. Too COLD! 🥶🥶🥶
Stopped by the Norfolk location and was helped by a lovely man named Levi. He was so wonderful, provided great service, good conversation, and even picked up our tray of trash when we were done because he was already wiping down tables nearby! Very impressed. The food was fresh and delicious and the store was very clean. Decided to order custard as well and you can tell by the presentation that Levi really cares about the work he does.
Freddy's is always a great experience. This is the first time eating at this particular restaurant. But still a great experience.
Extremely slow drive through
Absolutely worth every penny. Freddys is always good, but this location goes above and beyond. The manager, Kim, is stellar! She makes an effort to recognize and converse with every customer which increases the customer experience. It creates a very local atmosphere despite being a corporate restaurant, and makes it feel like a family gathering. The food is always fresh and delicious and the attentiveness of staff is amazing.
