Couldn’t take our order during working hours ?? We went to Freddy’s at 8pm . Thought maybe we just didn’t make it in time , I asked the worker on the patio sitting on her phone , hey are you guys not open, I’m looking at the door , it says 10? She doesn’t even say anything to me. And continues to be on her phone. Wont be back with that kinda staff working.
when we arrived during working hours, we were informed that the staff decided to close two hours early. even with a long line of people trying to order they didn't assist.
Second time in 3 weeks and the ice cream machine is broken. Not sure how long it should take to fix it.
Manager today was very rude said she was making our Sunday as well and took 15 minutes to do it and this is what it looked like after it took that long
