I love going to Freddy's, my family are weekly customers there, but I got treated pretty badly there today. It came down to the person getting my order calling me a liar and smirking at me instead of hearing what I had to say. RecommendedFreddy's is my favorite place to eat a burger and fries. Their Freddy's original double is the best. extra fry sauce and season salt on the fries I've been to Freddy's quite a few times and we have NEVER had a bad experience. please never lose your quality, it is always perfection. clean restraunt and fresh delicious hot food.
The management of this store is a complete joke!! Don’t believe the pricing on the drive through menu board. I was charged more than double for the chili fries. When I brought it to the so called managers attention he couldn’t have cared less. Filed a complaint with corporate and amazingly a corporate manager by the name of Matthew Menhart contacted me. RecommendedWe had the most confusing order but the nicest, most helpful employee to take it for us. He was so great. I asked him his name and then went to write this and I think he said Danton? He genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and was so knowledgeable. I was so impressed.
