Manager was not professional. Milkshake came out thin like chocolate milk, I was not about to pay $12 for two cups of chocolate milk!! When I asked to speak with manager, he yelled at the employee “what’s up I don’t have time for this”. I was thinking make the order right manager! He did but he did not come back and apologize for the mixup. Manager- the important part is how you fix it and the customer service. The girl working was horrified and doing her best.
We went on 5/14/22 and the drive through forgot half of our order, never returned our card and when we went up to try and claim our card they lied and said they never took it. Thing is, that’s the ONLY place that could have it and we noticed that we didn’t have the card before we left the drive through but they said they gave it back so we thought maybe we dropped it in the bag or car. Overall wouldn’t waste your money here. The big old bald guy with a huge beer belly and very UNSANITARY long red beard will make your experience terrible. If you find a long red hair in your food then you know why.
