I sat in line for about 5 minutes before getting to the speaker, understandable, they were busy. When I finally got to the speaker I sat there for around 10 minutes and not one single acknowledgment. There was only one car in the drive thru left and he was at the window, but there were about 6 cars behind me stacked up. I’m tired of this place never getting your order right. I even called the manager this time and she could not get the order right over the phone. I give up on these guys are not going back.

Very poor customer service from the manager, Amanda!! They forgot to give me my ice cream custard in drive thru. The manager said that she'd mail me a card for one plus a free one. I never received the card. The manager took no responsibility for it even thought she was the one I spoke with and she FAILED to send the cards. Of course, she had "no recollection" of this.
