RecommendedI haven’t been here in quite some time and was very disappointed in the customer service in the drive thru this evening. When ordering the food, the person taking the order was talking so fast making it hard to understand her. It also felt as if she was rushing me to place the order. Then when I got to the window, the person there made no eye contact. I had no idea I was being spoken to. Food was good, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
I sat in line for about 5 minutes before getting to the speaker, understandable, they were busy. When I finally got to the speaker I sat there for around 10 minutes and not one single acknowledgment. There was only one car in the drive thru left and he was at the window, but there were about 6 cars behind me stacked up. This individual has not worked for Freddy's since 2017. We obvioulsy cannot control the fact that he continues to list Freddy's as an employer, but we have reached out to ask him to remove us from his Facebook profile.
Going to leave the high price aside even though it's important, and talk about the reason I don't recommend the burger itself. First, the pattie is very thin and you will need more than one sandwich to be full. Second, the pattie isn't grilled but cooked over electric heat, I personally like my food bbq or grilled and think most people do too. The large fries aren't large enough dont know if I'm spoiled from 5 guys.
