Super delicious burgers, string fries, and frozen custard. Hard to say which tastes best. Was skeptical about the jalapeño fry sauce but now dip my fries in it each time. The service is fantastic and each employee works hard to demonstrate they appreciate your presence. Friday at Freddy’s.
Went to Ridge Rd location. Went through the drive thru, so you don't check it until you get home. Specifically asked for NO onions on chili cheese fries. Not like you can pick them off because they are diced and they are loaded on there. Next, specifically asked for ketchup on burger, NO ketchup. Onion rings were EXTREMELY over cooked. ����������
Very poor customer service by the manager on duty at the 21st and Tyler location. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it was an option.
Excellent service. I have a child with severe nut allergies and staff took special care to ensure the safety of the food we ordered.
This is what you get when you ask for a cup of mustard.......a condiment cup full of mustard packets! Is it really THAT much work to pump some mustard into a cup????
