At first Freddy was great and professional but when I couldn't afford him anymore, being a young student, he turned around and bashed me and my three friends. Said we were, "unmotivated" and "was glad we quit". He did nothing but tell us how good we were doing and how proud he was of us. That's not professional and if you love your job so much why are you bashing people who are trying their hardest? Wish him the best with his company but I won't refer anyone to him after I heard that.
Fitness saved my life, that and putting the Lord in the drivers seat. I'm a dedicated an educated certified personal trainer, I am here to help you create a better version of yourself.
Best workout ever. It's never the same class. It's always changing, and everyone can just feel how much he loves it! Consistency. That's the key! Freddy's workout can transform your body! Love it!!!
