Terrible community. They oversell the pool passes to local residents, which creates no room for the residents. The gym is not maintained and the staff is unprofessional. The yard maintenance which is included in the HOA is terrible. ********* ****** the Community Manager, is rude and the least bit helpful. Don't live here. It comes with nothing but stress and a frustrating HOA that doesn't care about the neighborhood or residents.
Poor excuse for a real estate developer. Purchase our golf course in 2016 shut it down in 2016 even though we had been told that the course was making money and was doing well. Now they have practically destroyed the golf course by cutting all the timber from it. People are using the pond as their personal fishing facilities and leave their thrash everywhere. Not to mention how much the homeowners properties have deminished in value. Sorry business, sorry people greedy owner. He's going to turn it into a hay farm and cattle ... read more
