12pm 3/8/2017 Kurata gave me a new prescription for my eye drop for glaucoma. I was told to make sure to get Generic, not Brand that would cost me $300~400. I went to Walgreen at 3pm the same day to pick up. They gave me Brand and it was $400. I requested them to change to Generic. They said there is NO Generic for TRAVATAN and will have to request the doctor a new prescription. They called as well as faxed the request to the doctor's office. I called Dr, too but NO RESPONSE. It is 5:30pm 3/10
