Fred Johnson is the best therapist I’ve ever worked with. He’s thoughtful, down-to-earth, and genuinely cares. I’ve come out of every session feeling more grounded and clear-headed, even when we’re talking through tough stuff. He’s great at knowing when to listen, when to push, and when to just let you sit in something until it clicks. Can’t recommend him enough if you’re looking for someone real, insightful, and actually helpful.
