We are new the the area and I needed new inserts. Dr. Bramlett did not listen to my needs. I have had good success with inserts in the past and wanted a new pair. I told him what has worked for me and what I required due to my activities. He made me the inserts he wanted which were 2x as expensive as the ones I had used previously. I have had nothing but issues with this practice. The expensive inserts have gone unworn and I have been unsatisfied with attempted follow up.
