I would definitely not recommend the collision centre and if I knew I wouldn’t have brought my car there for repairs. - there is no established smooth communication between this body shop and StateAuto insurance company. -The bodyshop have repaired my car, but due to the disagreements with the insurance company they refuse to release already for 4 business days. - the bodyshop insists on receiving the actual cheques from the insurance company despite having received the proofs and copies by email. - the manager takes a posit... read more
RecommendedI had went to otherdealers and only left with a headache. I came to Fred Haas and everyone was so professional. Christina was awesome. she took real good care of us. Finance was so fast and easy. I really recomend this place.
My experience with sales was okay. Quickly I found a vehicle and applied my trade in. I explained to both the sales rep and finance department I was in a hurry because I was leaving out of town. Told me it would not take long. Me being an idiot trusted the employees at Toyota to be honest. After moving to the finance department the extended warranties were pushed on me. Multiple time I said I was not interested in those products, the vehicle would be shipped out of the count...Continue Reading
