We had a positive experience buying our new vehicle. Our salesmen, Christian and Jordan, were very easy to deal with. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Fred Haas Toyota World. Both times we have been impressed with their large selection of vehicles and their professional sales staff.
I took my van for a recall repair of the engine and rear doors. They kept my van for two days and when I finally got it back, my van door wasn’t working. I was unable to open it. When i Took it back to the center, the guy who helped us, John James, completely denied that it was from them. My car door was in perfect condition until they put their hands into it and now i cant even open the door. I don’t recommend this place. Customer service is horrible. I left a review on their email and haven’t heard back from them.

Went to Tejas Toyota first (not because of sale rep but the “finance advisor”) and it was a complete nightmare. So happy we didn’t give up and went to Fred Haas Toyota. The customer service at Fred Haas genuinely surprised us. Tim was wonderful and helpful the WHOLE time and was not pushy AT ALL.
