Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Not at all, it was harder than a rock Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes, they could have waited Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Yes, it is very conveniently located How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
