BEWARE: INSURED PATIENTS BEING OVER CHARGED BY HUNDREDS!! I am insured through the Marketplace and maybe visit the doctor two times a year. Just like everyone who is insured in TN I am paying an astronomical amount for insurance this year. Because of the high deductible plans I am still paying a lot even after the insurance pays their part. I needed to get a prescription refill yesterday. They required me to set up an appointment, even though I visited this office in May and told them this was something I might need refilled... read more

I always see Tina, the NP, but she is the best! Can't remember the last time I had such a nice and understanding doctor!

I honestly can't say enough about this doctor. I had lost hope that there were any left out there that both knew what they were doing and actually cared. I called for an appointment for a new patient because I need a follow up after being in emergency for a chest pain and they told me I cannot be seen until the end of January because I am a new patient. That is completely ridiculous because if I were an established patient I could be seen right away..I just asking what is the difference between new and old patient??? It will be different if I pay to see the doctor??? THANKS

A few weeks ago, I made an appointment somewhat last minute with Dr. Bennett's office for recurring wrist pain. I was able to be seen in a timely fashion and the front staff were all kind. I was seen by Tina Paul, NP, not Dr. Bennett and unfortunately my experience was not as good as I expected. Without asking any medical history or even performing an examination on my wrist, Tina Paul immediately prescribed me steroids and diagnosed me with carpal tunnel syndrome. I showed, with movement, where the pain was and what it felt... read more
