Traveled from southern Delaware yesterday to look at a gently used Passat. From my initial call on Friday night until the moment we left, everyone was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Eric, Tom, and Anthony for a pleasant car buying experience. We are loving our new car!
Not transparent with prices at all. Went in for 40 dollar oil change, after an hour and a half the sales rep came out and said they would like to do a coolant service that would only take a few extra minutes. They charged me $230 for that and over half of it was labor for a job that should have taken a lot less time. Never going back
Worst dealership ever. Complete lack of support behind the product they sell. Bought a 2010 Jetta certified at 30K miles. 2.5 years later and 80K miles total. I am into the car for THOUSANDS in repairs and once again it is there with a seized engine. What will they do for you? NOT A THING. BUYERS BEWARE
Just bought a used car from them tonight. Josh and Eric were terrific! I was treated with respect and they made sure I left happy. A great crew, I highly recommend them.
