There was plenty of cars to choose from. Andre our salesman was very courteous and had all the information that I wanted. I did a lot of research on the Tiguan and he was also very knowledgeable. Price was in range and they went out of there way to make the deal.
This dealership excels in treating the customer like family. It was a pleasure to purchase a vehicle in a nonpressured environment, and the sales people listen to the customer so that the customer purchases the vehicle they want at a price they can comfortably afford.
Watch out for the sales manager Daniel York, he’ll swear up and down that he’s giving you a fair trade for your car, but will rip you off.
my son purchased his first car from Volkswagen, and at his initial complimentary oil change, it only 6000 miles, they informed him that it would need a $130 front end alignment. We took the car to another tire place to confirm, where they insisted the alignment was absolutely fine. We were very disappointed, and felt that the dealership was preying on a young car owner with not enough information
Where to begin... I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last few months and I wish I could have taken my business elsewhere. We purchased my wife's 2015 A4 from Fred Beans back in December. When we bought the car there was an agreement that the hood would be fixed, it had numerous rock chips, and areas where rust could easily start.
