They were called to address a line block and was greeted with profanity upon opening the door and they did not have the tools to get the job done. After waiting for 30 minutes, they asked if they can enter my house and try snaking it through my kitchen. They took my kitchen sink apart and when the water started leaking they used my flower vase to catch the excess water overflowing out of their bucket.
