Cameron in the service dept was great. But stay away from Talmadge in financing. He is awful and would NEVER buy another car from Fred Anderson if he is still working there!
I have had excellent service with this dealership. I will continue bringing in my Camry for regular maintenance to Fred Anderson. The service guys I dealt with today were quick, efficient, courteous and very helpful. I purchased 3 Toyotas from the Toyota Center and will continue doing business with Fred Anderson.

I took my auto in for the 5,000 mile maintenance. The Service Advisor was Cameron Hartnett who provided excellent customer services. He was also instrumental in getting my phone charger cord replaced which was defective. I would definitely recommend friends to Fred Anderson Toyato of Columbia.
Shifter cable broke and Chris got it written up ASAP and completed the repairs to my satisfaction thank you
Quick, clean, wasn’t pressured to buy multiple items etc., and they kept everything up front. Only one relatively “bad” experience, in three years. Unbelievably amazing for a dealership, will buy a hybrid or full electric here in a few years.
