My sales person Jessica was AWESOME! However, I purchased my BRAND NEW 2020 car in Nov 2019 and have been having technical issues with it within the first 6 months of me purchasing it! I have reached out, bought my car to be looked at, sent videos of what I’ve been experiencing like I was asked to do, and NOTHING!! I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here bc you are basically stuck if something happens to your car bc they don’t care! As long as they got a sale! Bad business!!

We bought a beautiful new truck. My problem was they tacked on something that we was not even notified to pay for...we found out after final sale. That's was our first problem. Second we looked at the spare and the the spare tire has a big knot in it. Well Friday they called my husband saying our tags came in...well we had the tags transferred. Smooth process, good price, and a warranty was included. We needed to purchase a car for our daughter and our salesperson, Jessica, was very helpful. She even drove with us to another dealership to check out a similar vehicle! Definitely recommend Flow Nissan if you're in the market to purchase a vehicle!
Terrible service from the financial and GM on paying off my auto loan after trade in. It took 30 days of phone calls to get this completed. Was hung up on numerous times from an unprofessional finance person named Kenneth. GM did nothing to correct this. Would give negative stars if I could.
WORST DEALERSHIP IN FAYETTEVILLE NC. First they offer us a car, everything was set up to see it and when the day came they came with a story about the car been in another dealership.... They found another car, same style and again ANOTHER ISSUE. We finally found an USED CAR WITH 108K MILES and they made our lifes miserable with the price. Finally we had a deal, they run both credits, told us the car will be ready for friday and today they call again with another issue... like REALLY?
