i had an issue with the service department originally but the service dept. manager Jason Miller called me and helped fix issues and concerns. This is one of the very few companies that actually followed up and tried to do their best for the customer.

The customer service ruined future sales. The service center is garbage. It takes hours to finish and oil change and tire rotation when I had a morning appointment. I'm done with Flow Nissan!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a great experience with Flow Nissan! I traded in my vehicle to get one that was big enough for our growing family. Even with COVID, me living an hour away, and being extra careful with covid because of being pregnant.. they made this process easy. One of the used car sales managers, Johnathon, went above and beyond to make everything convenient and safe for us..as well as answering my millions of questions. Like I said in a comment, the sales department is a joke. They are liars, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to family and friends

My sales Consultant Mamie Rowe was so patient and professional. Ms. Mamie was so amazing she was up to date on her information on the vehicles and was able to answer all my questions. Service and parts department is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! I will NEVER purchase another NISSAN!! Have NEVER experienced such lack of professionalism in my life!! All they are about is getting a sale and money! I should not have to deal with the things I have been dealing with and my car is BRAND NEW 2020!! Thanks for NOTHING guys!!

Service Dept ruins future sales. Sad for the salespeople that work so hard to gain and retain customers. My last two car purchases will be the last from Flow Nissan.
