I went in there yesterday to get my 20000 mile check up, I was helped by Jamie, he told me it would be done in about a hour and a half, I saw them bring it in at about a hour a 40 minutes which was great, but then it took him close to 45 minutes to get my car, they kept moving it and then put it back in the bay, so other people could leave and some people left that came in 20 mins after me, then they moved it outside, and if I wouldn't have walked up to him and ask me if I could get my car, who knows how long it would have b... read more
My experience this time was terrible. Had a appointment at 9:15am, didn't leave there untill 11 something. Also they vacuum my car only on one side, had to go get my car myself after it was service. They didn't come get me, and didn't go over nothing with me.
